Sophie Hendriks is an attorney at AKD. She specializes in legal issues related to privacy, data protection, ICT, and artificial intelligence (AI). Sophie’s clients include municipalities, healthcare providers, and companies ranging from emerging start-ups to established multinationals. She also has experience working with organizations active in the online sector, such as platform providers and app developers. Sophie understands the complex and constantly evolving world of privacy and data processing, and she applies these insights to advise clients within the legal landscape. Her clients value her remarkable responsiveness and her ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical advice. In addition, Sophie holds a CIPP/e certification, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and expertise in data protection and privacy law.
